Marni Winters (she/her) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Marni received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She has experience working with adolescents and adults providing individual, group, and couples counseling. Marni has worked with clients who have depression, anxiety, and postpartum depression. She has helped clients to cope with grief and loss, anger management, stress management, suicidal ideation, conflict resolution, life transitions, and family and marital problems. Marni’s passion is working with teenagers and adults that are struggling with decreased self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, and relationship problems.
Marni utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and The Gottman Method with a Humanistic perspective. She will tailor her therapy style to each individual client. Marni's genuine, warm, and nonjudgmental demeanor will help create a safe and welcoming environment for clients to reach their desired goals.
